ACCEPTABLE FORMS OF PAYMENTS

Core Composites accepts the following form of payment;

• Credit card (M/C VISA Discover)

• COD Shipments (parcels only)

• Check in advance ($50.00 returned check fee)

• Wire Transfer

• Open account upon credit approval

SHIPPING / SHIPPING TERMS

All shipments will ship insured. Each order will be classified as a parcel shipment or a freight shipment. Parcel shipments will ship via UPS, FedEx, FedEx ground or USPS and will ship prepaid with the shipping charges being added to your invoice. Freight shipments will ship collect FOB point of shipment via the carrier called out by the customer. If customer does not have a regular LTL carrier we can use our carrier passing on our discounts.

ORDER FULFILLMENT

Due to varying roll/package sizes we will do our best to get close to the requested quantity. If there is a question, we will contact you to best fill your requirements. If we do not have an item in stock, we will contact you with delivery or to offer suitable alternatives. We will only ship a substitute product if approved by the customer.

PRICE AND/OR DESCRIPTION CHANGES

Our goal is to be as consistent as possible, however at times we will have price and/or description changes due to variation from manufactures and product availability. We do our best to keep our customers advised of any such changes.

GOODS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

When receiving any shipment please inspect closely for damage before signing for it. Note any damage or suspected/possible internal damage on the bill of lading. For parcels, mark damaged and refuse delivery if you feel the product is not usable. For freight shipments, list damage in detail on the bill of lading and accept the shipment only if you think that the product is usable. Take digital pictures and contact the trucking company as soon as possible to claim damage. Please note that FOB ship point means that if there is a claim that you, the customer must file the claim as you are responsible for the freight once it has left the ship point. Core Composites will do our best to assist you with filing a claim.

RETURNS

If you are not satisfied or do not need a product purchased from Core Composites, you may return it within 45 days from ship date with a return authorization for a refund. Anything returned without a return authorization will be refused. Items must be in new condition and may be subject to a repackaging charge if Core Composites deems it necessary. We do not refund shipping costs and you are responsible for shipping costs to return item(s). Special order items may be subject to a restocking charge.

LIMIT OF RESPONSIBILITY

Core Composites provides only general technical data as an accommodation to assist our customers. Actual values may vary from manufacturer to manufacturer and are subject to change. Specifications are not intended for engineering purposes. Core Composites makes no warranties that the product conforms to the specifications nor to the accuracy of the specifications. Additionally there are NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, and INCLUDING THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. The product is sold "AS IS".
